The definition of Hampshire is whatever the current local government definition of Hampshire is, unless Hampshire ceases to exist officially, in which case the definition reverts to the historical one. Discussions, however, of areas which are no longer officially part of but did in the past belong to Hampshire are allowed, as are discussions of areas adjoining Hampshire (e.g. Northwest Surrey).
Binaries are not permitted in the group. However references to relevant web URL's or FTP sites are welcome.
Advertising is not welcome, with the following exceptions:
